Kelli Caldwell

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

For Kelli, starting a business has always been a dream. After years of contemplating, she officially launched Louis & Vail Interiors in 2017. Her background in business and retail provides her with the expertise in sourcing, creativity, communication and leadership. The name Louis & Vail derives from her St. Louis, Missouri roots and her love for Vail Valley, Colorado. Kelli's passion for the arts and decorating was inspired by her grandmother, Jeanette, who had a unique eye for colorful modern design. Living in New England for most of her adult life, she has formed a true appreciation for the historical character and charm of the homes. Mixing old and new is what really gives Kelli the ability to blend modern design with the cozy warmth of timeless character.

  • Junior Designer

    Sabiha Shah joined L&V in 2023 and focuses on smaller projects with a more modern aesthetic. She brings strong organization and communication skills, a keen eye to design, and thoughtful delivery as she exceeds the expectations of our clients. Sabiha and her family live in Needham where you can find her running outdoors or frequently dining with her family in town!

  • Junior Designer

    Marah King joined Louis & Vail Interiors in 2021. She has an incredible eye, leaning towards softer, more classic looks. As an integral member of the L&V Interiors team, Marah works on projects of all sizes.

  • Purchasing and Operations Manager

    Heidi Ligibel joined L&V in 2022 and focuses on purchasing, operations and scheduling. She is a rockstar with numbers and has been integral in ensuring our processes, deliveries, and installations run smoothly.
